In a small company every client matters and clients matter more. You will deal with the same person for every vacancy; someone who takes the time to know and understand your company, culture and its requirements, each time.

We work in partnership with our clients and candidates and we are exceptionally good at dealing with particular vacancies with one client or client area where we can be utilised for our specialist skills, our knowledge of the client’s business, our focussed candidate database and our significant amount of experience within the recruitment field.

Obviously, in our business, you are only as good as the candidates you represent. Our candidates are exceptional and sourced by a number of innovative means to ensure that our clients get the best choice of candidates available.

Many of our candidates have come via recommendation and are therefore exclusively registered with CW Recruitment Specialists.  Since CW Recruitment Specialist’s launch in 2003, we have developed a network of candidates that are second to none.

Not only do we have a database of candidates registered from referrals, previous applications and by recommendations, but we also headhunt for each role that our clients engage us to source for – without charging the headhunting fees normally associated with this kind of personally tailored service! We feel our fees are extremely competitive in our arena and we work solely on a success only basis! We hope for exclusivity but don’t demand it as we believe that our service and our candidates will speak for themselves and naturally the relationship will develop between us that you will feel confident that you will gain all you need from a recruitment company!

You will also be impressed with our knowledge of our clients companies’ cultures, benefits, career paths and company structures.

Throughout the recruitment process we will offer advice on your CV, aid you to develop your interview performance and assist you with any presentations that you may have to make.

These additional services which come free of charge are yours for the taking because we value every candidate who chooses to work with us and believe we are in it together throughout the whole recruitment journey.

In general terms once you apply to our agency, you will be interviewed fully by one of our consultants who will discuss with you your education and qualifications, career to date, personality, strengths and weaknesses and all other parts of your CV.

At the interview we shall help you determine what you are ideally looking for in your future career and discuss any relevant opportunities that we are currently handling and up to date information on the job market. We only submit your CV to any Client with your prior consent.

This will conclude the interview process and you will then be registered with us which will involve us processing your CV and details into our format, verifying any professional qualifications and referencing you if you are available for temporary work prior to any assignment being commenced. 

Once registered, you will then be contacted to discuss any relevant vacancies as they arise. For any positions where we have represented you, we shall provide feedback from our clients. We shall also be happy for you to contact us at any time for a general update.

We shall inform you if your CV is not in a field that we specialise or we do not feel that we are likely to have a fully suitable or broad list of jobs in which you will be interested.
