In general terms once you apply to our agency, you will be interviewed fully by one of our consultants who will discuss with you your education and qualifications, career to date, personality, strengths and weaknesses and all other parts of your CV.
At the interview we shall help you determine what you are ideally looking for in your future career and discuss any relevant opportunities that we are currently handling and up to date information on the job market. We only submit your CV to any Client with your prior consent.
This will conclude the interview process and you will then be registered with us which will involve us processing your CV and details into our format, verifying any professional qualifications and referencing you if you are available for temporary work prior to any assignment being commenced.
Once registered, you will then be contacted to discuss any relevant vacancies as they arise. For any positions where we have represented you, we shall provide feedback from our clients. We shall also be happy for you to contact us at any time for a general update.
We shall inform you if your CV is not in a field that we specialise or we do not feel that we are likely to have a fully suitable or broad list of jobs in which you will be interested.
